Votre kit vélo
Le badge avec la clef du cadenas
Le numéro sur le badge correspond au numéro du véhicule qui vous a été attribué.
Le casque et le gilet réfléchissant
Pour votre sécurité, le port du casque et du gilet « by In Situ » est fortement recommandé.
Emplacement des bicyclettes et trottinettes électriques
La station se situe au parking souterrain à gauche du portail de sortie.
Pour y accéder, vous pouvez prendre l’ascenseur (niveau -1) ou l’escalier situé dans le hall d’entrée.
1. Dirigez-vous vers la borne blanche.
2. Passez votre badge devant la zone prévue à cet effet.
3. Retirez le vélo ou la trottinette qui vous a été attribué. Attention, veillez à bien prendre le véhicule correspondant à votre numéro de badge. Le numéro du vélo est inscrit sur le tube de selle.
4. Sur la borne correspondante, une led verte clignote. Une fois les vérins ouverts prenez votre vélo ou la trottinette.
Equipement de votre vélo
Vous pouvez déplier la béquille pour stabiliser / stationner votre bicyclette.
Votre véhicule est équipé d’une sonnette.
Réglez votre position avec le collier de selle.
Pour votre sécurité, votre vélo est équipé de freins à disques.
Votre bicyclette est équipée d’un porte-bagage pouvant supporter environ 10 kg, pratique en toutes circonstances.
Pour utiliser l’antivol (identique sur la trottinette), pressez le bouton sur le côté pour le déplier. Verrouillez celui-ci avec votre clef pour attacher votre vélo où vous voulez.
Mode d’emploi de votre vélo
Le vélo est doté d’une assistance électrique au pédalage. Le moteur complète vos propres efforts, vous permettant d’économiser votre énergie et de vous déplacer plus vite et plus loin.
Pour déclencher le moteur, vous devez lancer le vélo en pédalant pour atteindre la vitesse de 8 kmh/h.
Une fois cette vitesse atteinte, effectuez 5 rétropédalages, vous sentirez alors l’assistance électrique se déclencher.
Quand à la batterie, elle se recharge à la décélération et au rétropédalage. Vous n’êtes jamais vraiment en panne car à la moindre descente, vous rechargez. Ainsi vous pouvez rouler sereinement durant environ 40 km.
Attention, le moteur de votre bicyclette est puissant et vous permettra d’atteindre aisément des vitesses plus élevées que celles auxquelles vous êtes habitué. Prenez le temps nécessaire pour vous familiariser avec votre nouveau véhicule, portez votre casque, votre gilet réfléchissant et respectez le code de la route.
Mode d’emploi de votre trottinette
Actionnez l’ interrupteur O/I (en position I) situé au-dessus de la roue avant côté droit.
Allumez le cadran sur le guidon en appuyant 2 secondes sur le bouton du milieu ; ce cadran affiche l’état de la batterie et la vitesse.
Comment déposer son vélo / trottinette
Merci de prendre et remettre en place votre véhicule aux horaires d’ouvertures de l’accueil.
1. Dirigez-vous directement vers l’attache correspondante au numéro qui vous a été attribué
2. Insérez votre vélo/trottinette dans l’attache, ne touchez pas votre véhicule pendant la fermeture des vérins
3. Deux Bips retentissent et la led s’allume en vert, votre remise est validée et votre véhicule est verrouillé
Comment signaler un problème
Le fait de signaler les problèmes nous permettra de faire intervenir notre équipe de maintenance au plus vite.
1. Déposez votre véhicule puis badgez
2. Cliquez sur « Signaler un problème »
3. Sélectionnez votre vélo/trottinette
4. Sélectionnez le défaut constaté
5. Signalez le problème à l’accueil
